Manuscript Submission
The International Journal of Nutrition, Dietetics & Health (IJNDH) accepts original research articles, review articles, short communications, and case reports in all areas of nutrition, dietetics, and health sciences.
All manuscripts should be submitted electronically via email to: submissions@va-ra.co
Types of Papers
- Research Articles: Original full-length research papers (4,000-8,000 words)
- Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of specific topics (5,000-10,000 words)
- Short Communications: Brief reports of significant findings (2,000-3,000 words)
- Case Reports: Reports of interesting clinical cases (1,500-2,500 words)
Manuscript Preparation
General Format
- Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)
- Use 12-point Times New Roman font
- Double-space the entire manuscript
- Set margins to 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides
- Number all pages consecutively
- Use continuous line numbering
Title Page
The title page should include:
- Concise and informative title
- Full names of all authors
- Institutional affiliations with complete addresses
- Corresponding author's name, email, and contact information
- Running title (maximum 50 characters including spaces)
- Word count (excluding abstract, references, tables, and figures)
Abstract
Provide a structured abstract (250-300 words) with the following sections:
- Background/Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Keywords
Provide 4-6 keywords that best describe the content of the manuscript.
Main Text
Research articles should be organized as follows:
- Introduction: State the objectives and rationale for the study
- Materials and Methods: Describe the experimental design, materials, and statistical analysis
- Results: Present findings clearly and concisely
- Discussion: Interpret the results and compare with previous studies
- Conclusions: Summarize the main findings and implications
References
Use the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style. References should be listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.

Tables and Figures
- Tables should be numbered consecutively and have descriptive titles
- Figures should be submitted as separate files in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
- Acceptable formats: TIFF, JPEG, PNG, or EPS
- All tables and figures must be cited in the text
Ethical Requirements
- Studies involving human participants must have ethics committee approval
- Informed consent must be obtained from all participants
- Animal studies must comply with institutional and national guidelines
- Authors must declare any conflicts of interest
- All authors must have contributed significantly to the work
